You need to have a completely flat sub-surface without any bumps or holes, when installing a “glue-down” vinyl floor. It is always recommended to install a self-levelling concrete screed before installing the vinyl. When using a “glue-down” vinyl, there is no need for expansion gaps around the installed floor, as it cannot expand.

Underlay is designed to protect your sub-floor and provide additional comfort and insulation beneath your flooring choice.
